Orders are prepared by us with care upon receipt of payment.

The departure of the parcel is the same day if the order is placed before 09H00, or the next day otherwise. Packages are sent by La Poste in COLISSIMO. This shipping method allows you to receive your parcel even in your absence, in your letter box.

If your letter box is too small and you are absent, the postman will leave a delivery notice and you can collect your parcel at your usual post office the next day. You can track your parcel on the website: www.coliposte.fr by indicating the parcel number that you receive by email when you order. However, you must wait a few hours after receiving your parcel number by email for La Poste to take this number into account in its computer system.

NATUXE cannot be held responsible for parcels lost by the post office, delivered to another address than the one given, or even indicated delivered to the addressee but not received by the customer. We advise you to choose delivery against signature if you have already had problems with delivery or if your order is a large order. NB: there can be no compensation if the parcel is not received and you have not chosen delivery against signature, NATUXE will not be reimbursed in this case.
