Use

For the body
Spray the moisturising oil all over the body in gentle upward massages for a toned skin.

For hair
Warm a small amount of oil in your hands and massage into the ends of your hair and even the lengths. Style as usual.
As an oil bath: apply all over the hair, shampoo after a 1-hour break and let dry naturally.
